Chilon Industries is a Nigerian, black-owned business dedicated to empowering black women to care for their curls while still balancing the demands of everyday life. The founder, Paula Ilonze, first discovered the need for more innovative hair tools for textured hair when she first went natural in 2016. After finishing her master’s degree in 2018, she gradually embarked on the product development journey of a lifetime: creating the highly-anticipated curl-eeze brush for curly girls around the world! Since then, Chilon Industries has made several strides as a startup and is almost ready to hit the market!
